HAD TENANTS WHO NEVER CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I LIVE IN CALGARY AND WILL PAY $100 TO CLEAN. IT IS NOT OVERLY MESSY, NEEDS FLOORS, FRIDGE AS THEY LEFT THEIR FOOD, BATHROOM, AND KITCHEN WALLS CLEANED ASAP.

I ALSO NEED SOMEONE TO TAKE AN OLD CHAIR, AND WICKER CHAIR TO THE DUMP AND TIDY UP THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE. WILLING TO PAY $75 IT IS NOT THAT BAD. YOU WOULD NEED TO GO TO THE HOUSE AND LOOK AND ADVISE ME.
